We become what we repeatedly think

I put these statements together for a client, which made me think about this time of year, when we take stock. However, New Year's Resolutions tend to be focused on attaining tangible outcomes. What about who we want to become? I can't remember where I heard this statement, 'I am a person who...' but I like it and I've added it to my affirmations. In 2025 it has been, 'I am a person who is focused and consistent', when it comes to my work rhythms and it's helped massively. Returning to the reminder - especially when things don't work first time, fail or I've faced hurdles has helped me stay on track. We become what we repeatedly think... #NewYearsResolutions #WhoDoYouWantToBe #Affirmations #SelfBelief
