There's a misconception that simply changing your job will alleviate stress and burnout.
Switching roles often acts as a "sticking plaster." This is because our triggers travel with us, which is why we end up repeating the same cycles of stress.
I did the same. Blamed the roles, the organisation or my boss. However, when I became all of those things running my own business, there was no one else to blame. I see it in my clients too.
The trick is to eliminate the triggers which stem from early life experiences. These mini traumas shape our beliefs and coping mechanisms, driving us to seek validation and prove our worth—ultimately leading to more stress.
Instead of a long transition period to a new role, we can use techniques to rewire the neural pathways associated with these triggers—achieving transformation in as little as 7 minutes!

So, I have been anonymously nominated for The Speaker of the Year Award.
This means so much because in my early career I considered myself the Worlds Worst Presenter.
I would shake, get a full on body blush (I used to have to wear a polo neck) and my voice would do this weird Tarzan thing.
Naturally shy, happy to blend into the background I was horrified when my boss said, your personality profile says you should be a speaker.
I started small with 20 minute tool box talks. In the end I got over myself and whilst I am still introverted, as long as my message is helping or inspiring someone to lead a better work life I’m happy to get on that stage.
